"About our dream... One day, an old friend whispered to me that Lancaster needed a restaurant, and that I should open it in the village. She even told me which building it should be in. So, with twenty minutes of contemplation and consultation with my brother, we agreed. Thus, the concept of Eddie Ryans was born. Named after my maternal grandfather, I chose to elaborate on Irish heritage through the decor, menu, and style of the restaurant. We are so pleased whenever a cutomer chooses to visit our restaurant. Our friendly staff look forward to serving you, and providing you with a memorable dining experience. Using only the freshest fruits, vegetables, meats, seafood, and poultry, our Chef (trained at the Pittsburgh Culinary Institute), and highly trained kitchen staff will do everything they can to satisfy your taste for great food. Yes, our food is Irish themed, but certainly not without a nod to our Buffalo roots.
